Philemon Series: The Reconciliation of Two Brothers
Join us for a look at a book of the Bible that is often overlooked. Philemon was a slave owner who experienced the challenges of dealing with a rebellious runaway slave. After running away Onesimus meets the Apostle Paul and commits his life to Christ. In God's soverneignty the apostle just happens to know Philemon and through this New Testiment letter appeals to him to forgive and to be reconciled with his new brother Onesimus.
Also, during the second half of the evening we are reading through and discussing Mark CaHill's book, "One Thing You Can't Do In Heaven". This book focuses on developing the passion to love the lost and seek for ways to creatively reach them with the good news of the Gospel.

Veritas: A College Age Gathering.
We are just finishing a series on authoritative relationship and how we can please God by understanding how God works in and through those He places over us. We also are discussing the importance of being independent in our thinking and developing our own convictions about life and God through the authority of the Word of God.

Winning Families to Christ
This 10 week evangelistic series focuses on developing the skills needed to reach into the lives of close friends and family member. Our hearts break thinking about spending eternity in heaven without those we love and spend time with here on earth. Conversational evangelism is the key to this approach and we are seeking to become such good listeners that we are able to see REAL opportunities to share Christ is a unique and effective way with those we are close to.
